Peran Kinerja UMKM dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan Inklusi Keuangan terhadap Keberlanjutan Usaha Kuliner

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha dengan kinerja UMKM sebagai variabel mediasi pada jenis usaha kuliner di Kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksploratif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 95 pelaku UMKM dengan menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM dan keberlanjutan usaha. Kinerja UMKM juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha serta terbukti mampu memediasi hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pengetahuan keuangan dan akses terhadap layanan keuangan dapat meningkatkan kinerja usaha yang pada akhirnya memperkuat keberlanjutan bisnis dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku UMKM dan pembuat kebijakan untuk meningkatkan edukasi keuangan dan memperluas akses layanan keuangan guna mendukung pertumbuhan usaha yang berkelanjutan.
